This message comes at an important time: According to the Pew Research Center, 79% of U.S. adults report being concerned about the way their data is being used by companies. And they have a lot of good reasons to be concerned: On any given day, you're likely to see news of another data breach, another cyber attack, another incident of compromised customer data.
Not at all: We have more privacy-preserving technologies than we've ever had before. Now, it's time for companies to return control of private information to the individual.
