VP of People
About Conley: I'm a former DMVer, now located in my hometown of Winston-Salem, NC with my husband and spunky goldendoodle, Blitz. I graduated from Wake Forest University with a degree in psychology and love being able to relive my college days by cheering on the Deacs in person but is not a stranger to the DC HQ (she misses all of her favorite DC spots!).
Joined Virtru: I joined Virtru in October of 2018 to build the talent function from the ground up as Talent Acquisition Manager and now as VP of People I lead, manage, and oversee the entire people function with an innovative, compassionate, people-first mindset.
Fun Fact: I'm a former pre-professional ballerina - the only dance floor I am hitting these days are the ones at weddings and parties (of course I'm the first one on the floor!)

Joined Virtru: I started February of 2021, two weeks later I had my first fully remote job, integrating into the virtru-al Virtru community! My opportunity to interview at Virtru came from a relationship I built during an internship, here I get to recruit and manage our interns!

“Virtru has allowed me to take a happy, more positive approach to work. My last job burnt me out and at Virtru I actually look forward to working with this team day in and day out. The people are awesome, business problems are interesting and engaging, and the company values work/life balance. What more could you ask for? :)”
Alex Litoff Sr. Director of Support & Success
“I started as an intern in June 2019. The support and mentorship I have received since starting at Virtru has afforded me stellar growth — before Virtru, I was degreeless and I didn't know what I wanted to do with my career. Since then, I have had three promotions, earned my B.S. in Psychology, and decided to make a career in People and HR. I couldn't be more grateful to Virtru!”
Laurel Stonebraker, Senior People Experience Specialist
“Since working at Virtru, I feel like I have more genuinely enjoyed going to work. It's not often that you find a job that doesn't give the "Sunday Scaries" but this is a workplace and environment where I actually like the work I am doing and the people I am doing it with.”
Max Hartman - Federal Customer Success Manager
“I have always felt data privacy is important but often felt out of my league in knowing how to think about it. Working here has taught me so much about data security that I wish everyone knew! I'm much more thoughtful about what I share, what apps I use, etc.”
