Why don’t you offer on-demand phone support?

We’ve found that we’re able to most effectively and efficiently provide support through email. Keeping support online lets us keep detailed records of your case, circulate issues to the rest of the team, and quickly escalate any issues to managers and developers when the need arises.Our troubleshooting processes can also be quite technical, so the ability to send screenshots, video walkthroughs, logs, and detailed instructions is extremely helpful!That being said, we know that some people prefer phone support.
