My email started to decrypt, but I’m getting an error that says “View Access Denied”.

If you’re seeing a View Access Denied error when attempting to decrypt a Virtru message, then this email was likely not sent directly to your email address. Virtru emails can only be decrypted by the owner of the email address to which it was sent. If this email was sent to an alias address*, a group address*, or forwarded to you by a colleague, your email address will not have access. Request that the sender send the email directly to you.*Google G Suite domains who have synced with Virtru will be able to send aliases and groups.
