I am the Admin for my domain, and sometimes when I go to my Users tab, some of the active users show up as inactive. How do I change their status to active?
First, make sure that your user(s) have accepted your invitation and begun sending secure messages. Occasionally after adding new users, they will not initially show up as active. Try refreshing the domain on the Overview page. If you continue to experience issues, email us at email@example.com.
