Thanks for checking out this segment of the virtual compliance champions assessor spotlight.
Today, we're actually joined by one of our technology partners, Paramify. Excited to have them join.
We have Alex Brady. So, Alex, share with us a little bit about, Paramify, and what do you guys do?
Alex Brady
Yeah. Thank you so much, Andrew.
Looking forward to jumping in and give a little overview of Pramify, the platform here, and really just seeing if it's a good fit for, you know, the clients that are gonna be jumping on and looking. So the the high level is Paramify is like a GRC tool platform to track the overall compliance and the journey through CMMC and other frameworks.
So today, obviously, folks will be CMMC, but we do a lot of things inside of the federal space, like FedRAMP, anything niche related, SOC and ISO, things of that nature. But the high level the the overview is that we do everything from a risk based approach.
So we like to sit down with clients, understand the nouns of the organization, so, like, the people, the processes, the technology, taking those high level nouns, and then put those into our software, and those create capabilities that are then mapped to the CMMC controls. So that way, when we understand their tech stack and their environment and the way they're set up, we can automatically map that out to all the objectives so they can see where they stand, see who's responsible for what, and really just get a clear breakdown of of, you know, what they need to do to to help that compliance.
So I'll share my screen just to give a a quick little snapshot of of the dashboard. This would be, potentially filled out.
This is with client information today. Obviously, it's a bunch of dummy data we have for for Acme company.
But you can see here, it'll show the overall gap assessment, breaking down where they're they're partially implemented, they're planned, they're not implemented, show the SPS score, track that, all the control families, and then, obviously, more features we could jump into at some point. But super helpful for for leadership overall to be able to jump in, see where things are at, get get some visuals.
And then at the end of the day, the biggest thing is we automate all the documentation. So the full SSP, the policies, the procedures, CIS CRM workbook, the different deliverables that are are needed for CMMC to be able to prove that out.
We we create all those, automate them through the process, through everything being mapped together. And then because it's a risk based approach, it's great because when there are changes to the process, you know, either during the the initial readiness phase or or after, like, post audit or, you know, post certification, You make one update that'll map across all the spots that it touches, so there's not a lot of repetitive and monotonous work that goes into the platform.
So those are the biggest things. Obviously, documentation is something that I'd love to jump on and show anyone if they have any questions about the actual documents, what they look like, and how it's broken down.
But, yeah, I think that's a a good overview for today just to let everyone know high level. That's what we're doing.
Automating compliance documentation. We have a risk based approach, track the SPS score, give a dashboard to, you know, sign everything out and track everything and make sure everyone's well on their way to CMMC.
Andrew Lynch
That's great. I know that, of course, that there's a lot that organizations are tasked with doing as they go through their CMMC journey, and documentation is obviously, an important aspect as well as tracking, you know, where they are towards meeting compliance.
So, seems like a great tool. I'm curious just, are there certain types of companies you work with?
Are there, you know, minimum sizes, or is it really across the board for you guys?
Alex Brady
Yeah. We've got clients kinda anywhere and everywhere.
So we work with some of the big ones like Adobe and Deloitte, Palo Alto, Cisco, huge enterprises all the way down to small machine shops, which is a couple of guys. So, you know, totally depends.
Open it's open to helping helping everyone. And, obviously, the more frameworks and the bigger, the company is, the more work we're gonna be able to to offload and to be able to really, really, cut back on the repetitive work that goes in as everything collides, and there's a lot of repetitive work with compliance, you know, as you well know.
Andrew Lynch
That's great. Well, thanks for the overview, Alex. It seems like a great option for those who are looking to streamline, their, compliance framework and documentation.
