However, the introduction of technology into the classroom has exponentially increased the cyber attack surface, potentially opening the doors of opportunity for nefarious actors to access sensitive student information. Safeguarding student privacy is top of mind for school districts around the country and to operate successfully, requires coordination and cooperation from students, parents, community members, teachers, school board members, and state legislators.
