Secure Share empowers security administrators to predetermine security settings, differentiating between internal and external senders, and presetting values to ensure maximum security. This added layer of control ensures that only authorized personnel can modify these settings, reducing the risk of accidental misconfigurations.
While the sender will not be able to modify the advanced security settings on the Send screen when they have been predetermined by the admin, they will still have visibility into these settings on the Sent Message screen. Recipients will also see these settings when they receive the message.
This feature is available for all Virtru Secure Share customers however, administrators will need to contact our Support Center to gain access to this functionality.
