Our Virtru Gmail Chrome Extension gives you the ability to view comprehensive audit data related to specific trigger events within the “Warn” and “Block” rules, ensuring you have a clear understanding of the actions taken.
Audit Data for “Warn” Rule:
- Send Anyway: Easily review events where users chose to proceed with sending the email despite the warning raised.
- Send Encrypted: Gain visibility into events when users opted to send the email securely by encrypting it.
- Cancel (User goes back to edit): Track instances where users decided to cancel sending the email and return to the editing interface.
Audit Data for “Block” Rule:
- OK (User goes back to edit): Monitor events where users acknowledged the warning and go back and edit the email before proceeding.
