Over 500 startups from around the world submitted questionnaires to be reviewed by the Upstart 25 Advisory Council, a group of 39 leading academics and analysts specializing in innovation and entrepreneurship.   • Virtru now serves more than 5,000 customers, including HBO; the states of Maryland, Utah and Iowa; and Mt. Sinai Hospital.
